Best of both worlds is project led by pianist, Loïc Cardinal where I play as a sideman. The band is heavily influenced by the sounds created by the Arturia Polybrute, an analog synthesizer controlled by Loïc. We play compositions of Loïc, and I get the opportunity to dive deep into the world of pedals and explore various sounds.
This is one of my favourite projects to play in as a sideman and Loïc's compositions are very dear to me.
The project has been active since 2023 and recently played at the Schafhausen Jazz festival.
